Breakfast with Babas

The annual Breakfast with Babas event was held in the ECC and Montessori classrooms. It's a morning when dads (or other family members) can attend the morning session of class with their ECC or Montessori children and take part in the lessons, activities, and classroom environment, followed by breakfast. We thank our dads (and moms and grandparents and aunts/uncles) for coming out to this event. Our students look forward to it and so do we!

Force and Motions Physics Lesson

See how our 4th graders are learning the concepts of force and motion. ILM Academy encourages hands-on school activities to make learning enjoyable and relevant.

Blood Drive

ILM Academy hosted our annual blood drive where community members come to donate blood in an effort to save lives. We reached a record of receiving 25 blood donations, including some plasma donations, and 33 attempts to donate blood. This means at least 75 lives were saved, with blood donations saving up to 3 lives and plasma donations saving far more.

Shopping Exchanges in Arabic

The 4th grade Arabic students wrote shopping lists in Arabic, went to the store, requested the items from the shop owner, and paid the amount owed for the groceries. Through activities like this, our students are fully immersed in the Arabic language, helping them learn through engagement.

Tornado Simulations

First grade students were simulating a tornado to determine what effects it can have on cars and homes. The simulation helped them understand what types of weather or winds needs to be present in order for a tornado to be formed.
